General Policy All transactions made through the Sportibyte payment gateway for the Royal Master League (including, but not limited to, player trial registrations, team franchise ownership fees, and sponsorship payments) are final and strictly non-refundable. 2. Cancellations Once a payment is successfully processed and a registration or slot is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the user. Sportibyte reserves the right to reject any cancellation requests. 3. Non-Refundable Fees Due to the logistical planning, venue booking, and administrative costs associated with organizing a large-scale sporting event, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including: Failure of a player or team to attend the trials or scheduled matches. Medical emergencies, injuries, or personal reasons preventing participation. A player not being selected or drafted into a team after the trial phase. Change of mind after purchasing a team franchise or sponsorship package. 4. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer Postponement: If the Royal Master League dates are rescheduled due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or administrative reasons, all registrations and fees will automatically be carried forward to the new dates. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events. Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that the tournament is permanently cancelled by Sportibyte without being rescheduled, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, minus any applicable payment gateway processing charges. 5. Failed Transactions If a payment is deducted from the user's bank account but the transaction fails to register on our system, the amount is typically auto-refunded by the user's bank or payment provider within 5 to 7 business days. Sportibyte is not responsible for delays caused by the user's banking institution.
