Returns & Refund Policy

1. Tournament Registration Fees

Fees paid for tournament registrations are generally non-refundable. Once a player registers and the slot is blocked, costs are incurred for planning and scheduling the event.

• Refunds are only processed if the tournament is cancelled by Sportibyte.
• No refunds will be given for no-shows or disqualifications due to rule violations.

2. Equipment & Merchandise (Shop)

For products purchased through our store, we offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us with your registration ID or order number. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
